You will lead and coach a team of Process and Implementation Consultants that delivers value management and analytics, project management, architecture and technical governance, organizational change management, as well as platform configuration and front end/back-end development aspects, throughout the full life cycle of client solutions on the ServiceNow cloud-based platform.
In this position you will coach a team of Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Solution Implementers and Platform Developers as they deliver different types of assignments, around the Now Platform® from ServiceNow to our customers in the Nordic region.
You will also be involved in further developing and refining our processes and methodologies, in order for us to always contribute to our customers Service Management journey in a sustainable and profitable way.
The roles of Lead Solution Architect and Care Coach combine the capabilities of Service Management, designing and developing solutions within the Now Platform® as leadership and coaching.
